Cancellation Policy
At True Form Therapy Injury Clinic there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, we understand that circumstances change and things come up
If you do need to cancel/rearrange your appointment and you give less than 24 hours notice I will have to charge you 50% of the appointment price
However, if you cancelled and give less then 48 hours but rearrange then the 50% charge will not come into effect
No shows to appointments will be charged 100% of the price of the appointment
