Do I need a referral to book?
No referral is required. You can book directly through Fresha without seeing a GP or other healthcare professional.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Sportswear such as shorts or leggings is ideal depending on the area being treated.
Can I book sports massage or cupping without an injury?
Yes. Sports massage and cupping can be booked for muscle tightness, recovery, or general discomfort, even without a specific injury.
What if I’m not sure which appointment to book?
That’s no problem. Contact us before booking and we’ll help you choose the most suitable option.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your initial appointment includes a consultation, physical assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and clear guidance to support recovery.
