About – a little bit about me

Hello, I’m Fleur a graduate Sports Therapist from Bournemouth University. I firmly believe that everyone should have the chance to live a pain-free life, empowering them to pursue the activities they’re passionate about. Whether you’re in recovery or aiming to boost your performance, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live life to its fullest.

I knew I wanted to pursue this line of work after having knee surgery at the age of 15. The physical therapy process gave me a feeling of confidence and control back from not being able to walk up the stairs without pain to getting back to playing all the sports I love.

I hold the title of Lead Sports Therapist at Bridport RFC with hands experience from clinical settings and working with teams like Lytchett Rugby Club and Bournemouth Wheelchair Rugby. I’m dedicated to ensuring every person has the opportunity to excel no matter their ability or age. During my final year I also worked as part of a team to organise and lead the running of sports Wednesdays and University clinic where I gained experience with working with a range of different sports such as football, hockey, cricket and American football.

I love anything sports and fitness, I am constantly on Instagram finding new exercises to try in the gym. Currently, I’m expanding my own athletic horizons by playing rugby and golf. Nurturing aspirations to work with elite teams like Exeter Chiefs and England Rugby.
